EMBROIDERY COVERAGE - PINS AND PATCHES PRICING NOTES: * No set up charges. * Absolute minimum is 100 pieces. * To determine emblem size add the length and width, then divide by two. * For free form shapes use the longest and widest points for dimensions. * Circular emblems use the diameter to determine size. * Price includes up to six thread colors and one twill back ground color. * Add $0.10(P) for each additional thread color. * Add $0.20(P) for heat seal, adhesive back, metal or rubber clutch, or plastic backing. * Minimum Height for lettering is 1/8” * To remove connecting stitch between letters please add $0.06(P) per letter * Lapel pin option includes metal or rubber clutch at additional cost of $0.10 each. * Note: SC-N SPECIAL PROCESSES: * Contact factory for quote. * Felt, 3-D embroidery, faux leather, four color process rhinestones and sequens available. * Reflective, UV, and Metallic threads also available. * Dye Sublimation Embroidered Patch.
