Elite fabric includes up to 8 woven colors, sewn to one side of reflective ribbon. This material is retro reflective with glass bead laminated to a poly cotton backing. Layout: Sewn with a twist in the webbing to lay flat when worn. Imprint reads up on right and down on left (when viewing being worn). Size: 1" x 17.5" on each side (+/-5%).
